Reconfiguration of the Léo Lagrange school group Tranche 1 - Construction of the new elementary building including the medico-social premises and the rehabilitation-extension of the school restaurant including the after-school premises In the subject of the contract and the following developments, the term tranche is used in a strictly technical sense and has no legal significance. It designates the two operational phases of the Léo Lagrange school group reconfiguration project, organized as follows: - Phase 1: construction of the new elementary building integrating the medical-social premises (2, 422 m²), as well as the rehabilitation and extension of the existing school restaurant, including the after-school premises; - Tranche 2: rehabilitation and extension of elementary building B to accommodate the new nursery school (1, 636 m²), demolition of the nursery and elementary A buildings, and development of outdoor spaces. Tranche 1 constitutes the subject of this consultation. Tranche 2 will be the subject of a separate consultation, scheduled between March 2027 and July 2027. Each tranche therefore constitutes a specific work operation, with its own consultation.
