I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Complete all works for the project “Repair and Reconditioning of 1000 kVA Generator Set" of OCOM Building and CRIC Building including supply of all materials, equipment, and systems, as well as the performance of all necessary labor and processes, in accordance with the Technical Specifications.
2. The Contractor shall inspect and verify the actual condition of the generator set and its components to determine the extent of repair works required. Any additional work necessary to restore the generator to full operational condition shall be deemed included in the Contractor-s scope of work.
3. Any discrepancies found between the plans and the actual site conditions, or any errors or omissions in the Technical Specifications, shall be clarified with the General Services Division (GSD) Engineers.
4. Should the contractor fail to verify or clarify discrepancies, errors, conflicts, or omissions in the specifications, it shall be deemed that the contractor has inclu...
