The municipality of Karstula will ask for your tender for a change in the heating manner of the industrial hall called the Reception Hall. Current oil heating will be removed and replaced with a geothermal turnkey basis. The building was originally built in the 1980s and was expanded in the early 2000s and has been renovated in 2022. The current floor area is about 945m2 and volume 3400m3. The facilities are mainly a uniform space. The target has water -based radiator heating. In addition, the air conditioner has a 54kW post -heating radiator. The power of the post -heating radiator can be adjusted with the current automation. The use of hot water is low.
