Tender Details

This tender concerns the establishment of a Contract regarding the reception and processing of gypsum from the Ordering Party's recycling sites. The contract is divided into the following 3 sub-contracts: Part contract 1: Receiving and processing gypsum from ARGO's recycling sites East, cf. Appendix 1.1. Subcontract 2: Receipt and treatment of gypsum from ARGO's recycling sites in the West, cf. Appendix 1.1. Subcontract 3: Receipt and treatment of gypsum from Odsherred Municipality's recycling sites, cf. Appendix 1.1. ARGO East annually receives approx. 1, 800-1, 900 tons plasterboard, ARGO Vest annually receives approx. 500 tonnes of plasterboard and Odsherred Municipality receives approx. 400 tons of plaster. The quantities are only estimates and are not binding on the Ordering Party. The tendered contract has a duration of 4 years. The estimated value of the subcontracts throughout the agreement period, is estimated, based on future expectations based on past consumption, to be DKK 7, 800, 000. The estimated value is purely indicative and cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover. The volume can both vary in upward and downward direction during the agreement period. The ordering party has chosen to divide the contract into the following sub-contracts: 1) Subcontract 1: Receiving and processing gypsum from ARGO's Eastern recycling sites.
