The subject of the contract is the receipt and development, in accordance with the guidelines in the description of the order, the entire municipal waste stream transferred by the owners of real estate located in the Wilamowice commune, where the inhabitants live.
Collecting and managing waste municipal from the owners of real estate, where residents live in the Wilamowice commune.
The subject of the contract includes reception directly from the owners of inhabited real estate of the following municipal waste fractions:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste,
b) ash (in the code ex 20 01 99 - ash from households),
c) glass, including:
- bottles and glass jars after drinks and food;
- alcoholic beverages;
- glass packaging after cosmetics, etc.
d) paper, including:
- newspapers, books, catalogs, notebooks,
- paper bags and bags,
- school and office paper,
- cartons and cardboard and packaging made of them, etc.
e) plastics, metals, multi -material packaging waste, including:
- empty, unscrewed plastic bottles in drinks (e.g. PET type),
- empty packaging of cosmetics, economic chemistry and cleaning products,
- plastic packaging after food (e.g. after yogurt, cheese, kefiras, margarines),
- films, bags, commercials, plastic bags (PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE),
- juices, drinks, milk (tetrapak) cardboard boxes,
- drink cans, cannings,
- small iron scrap and small scrap metal scrap, etc.
