In the coming years we replace, make it more sustainable and renew at Schiphol to improve the infrastructure, working conditions and services to passengers and airlines.
The Existing C-pier must make way for a new pier to be realized. With the rebuilding of the C-pier, the continuity and quality of Schiphol is improved and guaranteed for the future.
The C-Pier will be at another construction site at Schiphol Airport (off-site), approximately 3 km from the current C-pier Modular built. The components (modules) are then transported to their final location. Due to the off-site and modular construction, Schiphol wants to limit the operational nuisance and construction time at the airside part of the airport as much as possible. The new foundation of the C-Pier is also Part of the scope.
