Description : NPDC-2025-ITB-001
1. The NATIONAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and 19/100 Only (Php 11, 298, 975.19) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding for Visitor Counting System / NPDC-2025-ITB-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT COMMITEE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 270 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. All values indicated on the cost breakdown must be rounded off to two decimal places including the total bid offer.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
