REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES
IB NO. 2026-GOODS-010R-02-0422
1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the 2026 GAA- MOOE intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND SEVENTY-SIX CENTAVOS (PHP 5, 365, 820.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of nine (9) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
