Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DIALYSIS SUPPLIES
IB No. 2026-GOODS-015R-01-0414
1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the GAA intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (PhP11, 650, 430.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DIALYSIS SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DIALYSIS SUPPLIES. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of one (1) year on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
