1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through theSource of Fund: SP Res. # 376 - 2022 AO # 4 SERIES OF 2022 20% DF, CY-2022Responsibility Center: 8918-104(22), intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos & 11/100 (Php1, 471, 270.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Five (5) Lots Various Construction Materials for Improvement of Waterwork System at So. Bolo, So. Mayongcao and So. Camansi, Barangay Bantolinao, Manjuyod, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the rebidding of the above Procurement Project.
