REBIDDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT MOTORCYCLE
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kisolon, through the Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 120, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Rebidding for the Purchase of One (1) Unit Motorcycle with ITB No.2026-08-067 or contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kisolon, now invites bids for Rebidding for the Purchase of One (1) Unit Motorcycle, using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
