1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the LDF-BDP intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos & 10/100 (Php972, 478.10) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Rebidding for the Procurement of Various Construction Materials for Different Projects in Barangay Sumilao or under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Rebidding for the Procurement of Various Construction Materials for Different Projects in Barangay Sumilao using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
