REBIDDING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT DUMPTRUCK
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the MDRRM Council intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (3, 000.000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Dump Truck with ITB No.2026-03-022 or contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Rebidding of Procurement of One (1) Unit Dump Truck, using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
