1) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, through the FHINRP 2026 Fund intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Three and Ninety Centavos (Php 10, 752, 253.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Procurement of Nutritional Program Commodities, IB No. SB-2026-019-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
