1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the FHINRP 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php1, 000, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of NIP Logistics, IB No. SB-2025-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
