Rebidding of Procurement of Medical Devices, IB No. SB-2024-002-A

1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the PHM 2024 & 2024 LHSDA-GIDA/IP Funds intend to apply the sum of One Hundred Six Thousand Four Hundred Three Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php106, 403.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Procurement of Medical Devices, IB No. SB-2024-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the PHM 2024 & 2024 LHSDA-GIDA/IP Funds intend to apply the sum of:
