Description : 1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Regional Office-X, through the CY 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (₱5, 734, 661.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rebidding for the Procurement of Leasehold Improvement for LHIO-Valencia with Invitation to Bid No. PRO-X-26-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Regional Office-X now invites bids for the Rebidding for the Procurement of Leasehold Improvement for LHIO-Valencia. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from June 29, 2021 - June 28, 2026 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
