FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES
FOR THE USE OF MHO
1. The Municipality of Isulan, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE PESOS ONLY (₱799, 999.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract REBID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR THE USE OF MHO/ GFG-2025-10-39R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Isulan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20days or upon request by the end-user. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
