INVITATION TO REBID FOR PROJECT # 24-063 RENTAL OF LIGHTS AND SOUND SYSTEM/LED WALL, STAGE FOR MAYOHAN FESTIVAL 2024-OCM: TOURISM SECTION

1. The City Government of Tayabas, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php 432, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROJECT # 24-063 RENTAL OF LIGHTS AND SOUND SYSTEM/LED WALL, STAGE FOR MAYOHAN FESTIVAL 2024-OCM: TOURISM SECTION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Tayabas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by As per advise of the End-User. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
