1) The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 8711-10-200 / Account Code: 5-02-99-990 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Pesos (Php 221, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebidding: Purchase of One (1) Lot 16 bags Complete Fertilizer (T-14) for the Support to Rice and Corn Production and Development. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Dumaguete now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 8 Working Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
