The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is the implementation of the event entitled "Implementation of telematics elements in Pilsen" according to the project documentation "Implementation of telematics systems within the SSZ in Pilsen", including lists of works and recapitulation, contract number Z2023-037, prepared in 09/2023 by ALMAPRO, s.r.o., Průběžna 1108/77, 100 00 Prague 10, ID: 24150134.

The purpose of the delivery is the placement of new strategic detectors at selected locations according to the client (a total of 27 new strategic detectors) on the access roads to the city, which will detect vehicles entering and leaving the city cities. It also involves the addition of RSU units (road side units) and video detectors for the detection of single-track vehicles at the entrances to intersections and for the detection of vehicle exits from intersections. The mentioned technology is supplemented at specific 75 intersections controlled by SSZ light signaling equipment. Components of the project is the addition of the INTIQ backoffice owned by the contracting authority operated by the Information Technology Administration of the City of Pilsen to ensure the required functions of RSU units.

This action includes in particular the following sub-activities:

1. Purchase of the necessary material necessary for the execution of the work.

2. Installation and commissioning newly installed SSZ technologies.

3. Putting it into working order, including preference for public transport and connecting the newly installed technology to the traffic exchange.
