Realization of the new Herman Gorter School construction Description:Zaan Primair wishes to select a contractor for the 'Renovation Herman Gorter school' project through this procedure. The technical aspects for this project are currently being worked on design and specifications. The assignment concerns the integral realization of the renovation, consisting of renovation of the existing school building, partial demolition and replacement new construction, including a sunken gymnasium and expansion of the education program. The project includes the installation technical implementation design as well as architectural and installation work and site and design work. The client and users are looking for a contractor who is capable is to realize a future-proof, sustainable and energy-neutral educational building within a complex, inner-city and technically challenging context, fitting within the existing environment and with an eye for both renovation and new construction integration.
