The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the realization of a new facade and the insulation of the building of ZŠ Dolní Břežany. Part of the performance is mainly the removal of the existing wooden ventilated facade, including the existing insulation and related elements and design of the new ETICS contact insulation system, including insulation of the plinth, subsequent plastering, plumbing and locksmith elements, replacement of external blinds, repairs of affected surfaces, implementation of gutter pavement and other related works on the perimeter shell object. The performance also includes disassembly, protection, reassembly or replacement of the affected elements of technical equipment, especially lighting, camera system and other connected elements of the facade.
