DESCRIPTION
The Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (OCRSO), Facilities and Operational Support (F&OS) has a requirement for information technology, software, and support services to meet its mandated mission for real property portfolio management. The Contractor shall provide a Real Property Management System (RPMS) IT tool that is a single-source, scalable, cloud-based solution to assist with overall agency services and responsibilities, such as, strategic space and facilities planning, project management, lease administration, and management of real property. OCRSO-s requirements are driven by its need for an interactive product and services to support its stakeholder community. OCRSO intends to procure a licensed software product.
