Based on a framework agreement, LxVIII of 1993 on certain rules for the lease of apartments and premises and their alienation. on the basis of §§ 45-48 of the Act, in connection with the right of purchase provided by the Act, a database of residential buildings owned by the Budavari Municipality of Budapest District Ipreparation of the complete technical documentation required to convert it into a sash house, in compliance with the form and content specified in the legislation, with particular attention to the deadlines specified in the legislation, as well as on a case-by-case basis, the preparation of building survey documentation, cartographic and land surveying tasksexecution of the case for up to 80 buildings and 40 parcels of land, according to the conditions specified in the framework agreement and the individual orders for specific work. It is aimed at concluding a framework agreement according to § 105, paragraph (1) c)II.2.4) of the call and in the technical description.
