This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Thorold (“The City of Thorold”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Real Estate Services - Disposition of 7 & 11 River Street, Thorold, ON, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City of Thorold is seeking quotations from licensed real estate professionals or brokerages for the provision of professional real estate services to support the disposition of two municipally owned surplus properties located at 7 and 11 River Street in the Port Robinson East community of Thorold, Ontario. The properties are located adjacent to one another and may be marketed and disposed of as a bundled or individual offering.
