The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a real estate development consultant for the Voimala project in the city of Riihimaki.
In the Voimala project, which is the subject of consulting work, the city's final goal is to find a partner who will design, implement and finance the old power plant located next to the railway stationculture and experiences factory for itoskiinteistoe and acts as a landlord for entities operating in Voimala. The development project will be implemented using a model in which the investor partner selected in spring 2024 will build and finance the construction of the site. The city and other operators of Voimala commit to the projectwith long leases. If the development phase leads to a successful outcome and investment decisions, the construction phase (including extension and building permit planning) will begin in the fall of 2024 and the building can be put into operation in 2026.
The city will acquire a real estate development company for the projectltin. The real estate development consultant will develop the project in cooperation with the city during the spring of 2024 with the aim of concluding the final agreements with the investor partner by the end of June 2024. The consultant's tasks include e.g. overall project management of the project, I prepared the project planen and project planning, development of the project concept and architectural plan, acquisition of tenants, operators and investors, negotiations and managing the process in negotiations.
