Tender Details

Tender are invited for Real Estate Construction Monitoring/Landlord Representation Services. Consultant will provide coordination with "Tenant/Developer" throughout the design, design approval, permitting, and construction process as well as interface with the Port staff throughout the planning, design, and construction of the site utilities and infrastructure of the Project. This role will include consultation throughout full build out to substantial completion.
Notes : The Port intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference to answer questions regarding this solicitation on November 16, 2018, 10 : 00 AM PST. The meeting will be held at the Central Auditorium, Sea-Tac International Airport, 17801 International Blvd., Seattle, WA 98158. All questions must be submitted in writing through the Port's PRMS website by November 26, 2018 12 : 00 PM.
