Reagents for HLA typing of all classic genes The subject of this public contract is the ongoing supply of laboratory diagnostics and other related consumables for immunogenetic examinations using a system based on the principle of real-time PCR, i.e. detection of polymerase chain reaction products in real time. The system will be used to perform HLA typing at the level of the so-called "Single assay bead resolution", i.e. it will be able to distinguish between alleles that are part of common commercial panels for examination the presence of specific antiHLA antibodies.
