Description Information : This solicitation is issued to establish an Open Agency Contract for the purchase of Ready-Mix Concrete, for all seven (7) districts, in accordance with the documents contained herein. Ready-Mix Concrete must be supplied from a manufacturer listed on the current Qualified Products List (QPL) #10 - List of Approved Concrete Plants (Districts 1 through 7) and aggregates provided by manufacturers listed on the current QPLs #1 - Concrete Sand Sources, #2 - Course Aggregate Sources, #3 - Portland Cement Manufacturers, #13 - Air-Entraining Admixtures, #14 - Chemical Admixtures For Concrete, and #17 - Special Surface Coatings for Concrete. All current manufacturers/suppliers listed on the Departments current referenced QPL #10 - List of Approved Concrete Plants (Districts 1 through 7), are to submit pricing on their products.
