IT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE SUPPLIER WHO PRESENTS THE COMPLETE OFFER AND WHO BELONGS TO THE ITEM ACCORDING TO ITS OPERATIONS PERMIT. THE OFFER MUST BE SUBMITTED SIGNED AND SEALED IN ORIGINAL IN THE NAME OF THE HONDURAS FIRE CORPORATION, ATTACH THE RTN AND FISCAL SOLVENCY OF THE COMPANY.
