Re-tendering of service desk delivery The ordering party hereby offers the acquisition of a Service Desk function for the Danish Return System. The client is looking for a competent supplier who must deliver a complete 1st level Service Desk incl. user administration, client operation, triage, solution of standard tasks, support for meeting and AV equipment, operational monitoring, coordination with 2nd/3rd level as well as relevant cooperation with Dansk Retursystem's other external suppliers. The Service Desk function must support Orderers processes, governance, security requirements and tools, including using the Ordering Party's ITSM platform as the primary work tool.
