Partial agreement 1 Partial agreement 2 The client wishes to obtain offers for a framework agreement for damage services for Copenhagen Municipality's buildings and properties. The agreement mainly covers clean-up, cleaning and remediation after fire, water and storm damage. In the event of a fire, the supplier be able to provide parallel efforts with Hovedstadens Beredskab (HBR). The agreement includes claims service around the clock, every day of the week, all year round. The tasks can both arise urgently or be planned. In addition, claims service includes value recovery and -storage. Cleaning, cleaning and remediation in connection with the discovery of death and general social cleaning are also covered by the agreement (exclusively in Copenhagen Municipality's buildings and properties). The tender is divided into two sub-agreements. Please note that there will be no response questions in weeks 29, 30 and 31 due to the summer holidays. Sub-agreement 1 concerns damage service and parallel efforts in the event of fire in Copenhagen Municipality's buildings and properties. The supplier can only be requisitioned for a task by Hovedstadens Beredskab (HBR). The supplier must be able to provide qualified personnel, including auxiliary smoke divers, who can cooperate with HBR on damage prevention, damage minimization and value recovery of property(s) and movable property. In the event of an active fire, HBR has the main responsibility for the scene of damage, and the Supplier must follow the instructions from HBR.
