Proven experience in journeymen-level support for Electronic Health Records and Registry programs. In-depth knowledge of trauma mechanisms of injury and performance improvement strategies. Proficiency in insights reporting and dashboard publishing at the statewide level. Strong ability to provide support and facilitate improvements across state and multiple trauma centers. Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills. To deliver comprehensive in-person support services for health data exchange operations, ensuring efficient and seamless processes. Must be trained on Logis Solutions, powered by ESO. Proven experience in providing in-person support services for health data exchange operations. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365) and familiarity with state procurement, personnel, and travel forms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and train users. Ability to work flexible hours, including swing shifts, as required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and efficient operations.
