No claim in this regard will be entertained.3) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time.4) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect/forged certificate or try to hide ongoing work/commitment Purposefully, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.6) Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form .
