RE-BIDDING FOR THE Supply and Delivery of UPS 1000VA
1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 under the Extended Validity of Allotment (EVOA) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Two Hundred Pesos (Php 817, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the Re-bidding for the Supply and Delivery of UPS 1000VA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of UPS 1000VA using Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
