RE-BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF BLACK RICE SEEDS FOR ORGANIC RICE PRODUCTION
1. The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the DEVELOPMENT FUND and 2024 intends to apply
the sum of php 250, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF BLACK RICE /2024-G-52. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the SUPPLY OF BLACK RICE Bidders should have completed a contract similar to a project from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
