RE-BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED LIGHTED EARLY WARNING SIGNAGES IN ANY DESIGNATED AREA AT

ARAKAN, COTABATO

1. The Local Government of Arakan, through the 70% MDRRM FUND/2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 245, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED LIGHTED EARLY WARNING SIGNAGES IN ANY DESIGNATED AREA AT ARAKAN, COTABATO 2024-I-6. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
