Description : The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 2, 500, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bid of Provision for Maintenance of the Submerged Membrane Bioreactor (SMBR) for CY 2025- IB NO: BSWM-2025-03-046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BSWM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of services is required to complete within 6 months (schedule shall be finalized upon issuance of Notice of Award). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) consecutive years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
