1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of Ten (10) months through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 3, 444, 938.20 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-FA-2026-012 (Re-advertised) Supply and Delivery of Various Non-Perishables (Framework Agreement), CPHR, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
