Plumbing contractor In connection with Rødovre Municipality's development of Gartnerbyen, Rødovre Municipality decided to build a civic center adjacent to Rødovre Town Hall (Citizen's House). Construction of the Borgerhuset was part of Rødovre Municipality's offer of building rights in Gartnerbyen, thus the winning tenderer must also offer and build the Borgerhuset. Borgerhuset is designed as an open house, which both brings together Rødovre Municipality's administrations, so that in future citizens only have to turn to one place when they need Rødovre Municipality, and which provides premises for associations and other activities for the citizens of Rødovre. Borgerhuset must form the framework for a unique workplace and a barrier-free meeting place that cares for both large and small communities. A. Enggaard A/S (hereinafter the client) complied the tender awarded construction rights as well as the right to tender and build the Borgerhuset, which is then transferred to Rødovre Municipality.
