The EL company Elevator company In connection with Rødovre Municipality's development of Gartnerbyen, Rødovre Municipality decided to build a civic center adjacent to Rødovre Town Hall (Citizen's House). Construction of the Borgerhuset was part of Rødovre Municipality's tender building rights in Gartnerbyen, so the winning tenderer must also offer and build the Borgerhuset. Borgerhuset is designed as an open house, which brings together Rødovre Municipality's administrations, so that in the future citizens only have to turn to one place when they need Rødovre Municipality, which provides premises for associations and other activities for the citizens of Rødovre. Borgerhuset must form the framework for a unique workplace and a barrier-free meeting place that cares for both large and small communities. A.
