The award procedure is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Services are regulated by unit prices. As part of the project on the development of a roundabout on the RD66 and the RD6, located in the municipalities of Corneilla-De-Conflent and Fuilla, this contract concerns the construction of a retaining wall to obtain the right of way necessary for the establishment of the roundabout. This nailed wall type wall will be clad with a wall made of local building stone or similar, including connection to the hiking path on the RD6
