The subject of this small-scale general contract (according to VZMR only) is the performance of the services specified in the pilot draft of the agreement. The required services are specified in the contract documentation of this VZMR. The actual service will be implemented on the basis of implementation contracts in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the draft agreement, which is part of the contract conditions. The file 20260225_N_684809_Vyzva_k_podani_nabidek_Pr_01_Navrh_RD.docx containing the draft of the agreement and the file 20260225_N_684809_Vyzva_k_podani_nabidek_Pr_02_cenovy_kos.xlsx containing the price list that you can download, fill in the enclosed paragraphs and you will receive the requested horses. Then both fill out the pilot files as a part of your offer. Transportation of hazardous waste will be carried out in the ADR regime, including fully equipped. According to the pilot: Permitted to load with hazardous waste (minimum required category waste). Permitted for mobile collection of hazardous waste, if the subject is requested by the service. Allowed to receive and use tax-exempt products (for oils). In the event that the services are performed by subcontracting, i.e. through the contractual partner, it is necessary to specify v in electronic form, proof of the conclusion of the contractual relationship with this subcontractor, who will perform these actions, and this original own and after submitting the offer.
