Tender Details

This is a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for the purchase of sports equipment - in numbers and types according to Appendix No. 1 - specification table.

For the purpose of objective evaluation, WE REQUEST TO PROVIDE a valid link to the website, description, product sheet, etc. of the assortment you offer.

The purchase will be made in the form of a challengev to provide performance in 2024 2026 see the draft Framework Agreement.

The duly completed and SIGNED DRAFT FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT is an integral part of this VZ. Non-fulfilment of some parts of the VZ will result in the offer of the given applicant not being accepted.

In the total price, include all costs associated with DELIVERY TO THE PLACE OF FULFILLMENT -i.e. VU 6624 Bechyně (VAT, transport to destination, etc.). Additional costs will not be allowed. This price cannot be corrected even in case of numerical error.

VERY CHECK THE CORRECTNESS OF THE CALCULATIONS AND THE IDENTICAL VALUE OF THE OFFER, TABLE AND DRAFT CONTRACT

Offers will be evaluated based on the price offered by the bidderny for the completion of a complete delivery while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure. The evaluation of the selection procedure will take place within 14 working days from the end of the submission of bids. The winning supplier will be contacted within 14 working days of the evaluation. Time for the possibility of appeal against the announcement of the winner of the tender procedure- 3 working days.
