Short description : The project is to be conducted as a study of the municipalities` experiences with parental guidance for participants in the introduction program. The study will: - Investigate to what extent the municipalities offer or have imminent plans to offer parental guidance in the introduction program.our experiences with implementation, organization and operation of the service. -Investigate the extent to which different forms of parenting methods are used and how they are adapted to the target group. - Examine municipalities` experiences with guidance given in the mother tongue and / or using an interpreter.Identify the success factors and challenges associated with establishing and maintaining the service. - Identify conditions that must be met in order for municipalities that do not have parental guidance services as part of the introduction program as of today to be able to do so in the future.
