Tender Details

The subject of this small-scale general order (according to VZMR only) is the preliminary supply of electronic meal vouchers (according to meal cards only) for the employees of the contracting authority in the Czech Republic and providers of related services. A detailed definition of the subject of payment is given in the task documentation and in the draft of the contract for the provision of services (according to the contract only), which forms the Ploha. 2 these calls. Electronic meal vouchers are included in the price of the main meal, in the case of other items, purchased at the canteens of the contracted partner of the selected supplier. Clem zakzky is contracted with one supplier. Supplements of meal vouchers and other services will be available on the basis of orders owed by the ordering party. The nominal value of one electronic meal voucher is 150 K. The client reserves the right to change this nominal value in writing during the term of the agreement supplement. Meal vouchers will always be issued in electronic form by means of IP cards (according to the voucher card only), which allows cashless use of the castle via payment terminals. The full subject also includes the provision of related services (mainly management and administration of personal card blocking, issuance of new cards, etc.). Due to the distribution of the contracting authority's branches throughout the country R, ​​the required year is accepted. The supplier must ensure that in each municipality where the contracting authority's branch is located (see list no), at least is available for the duration of the contract one contracted establishment able to apply the meal plan. List of localities of the contracting authority: Opava, Tbor, Prostjov, Olomouc, Perov, Bocho, Pottt, Tachov, Petrovice, Naklov (steck region), Boice, Plan u Marinskch Lzn, Bl pod Radbuzou and Msto Albrechtice.
