The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before June 30, 2030. The project team feels that the work at RC1 can be completed earlier than the work at CC1. The Offerer is encouraged to develop a project schedule that prioritizes completing RC1 early. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion.Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/trwd.
