BRUGES-2026-013-FG - 1 The assignment concerns a framework agreement for the conclusion of the services of an external service for prevention and protection at work (EDPBW) for the employees of the employers of the GIDPPW Bruges in accordance with the provisions in Book II, Title 3 of the codex on well-being at work. The contracting authority wishes to call on a partner for its prevention activities and the implementation of the welfare policy. The external service for prevention and protection at work will carry out the tasks set out in the Codex on Well-Being at Work and must have a valid accreditation for the entire country. The welfare policy is conducted on the basis of a dynamic risk management system that: takes into account the specific risks in the workplace. This risk management system covers the areas mentioned in the law: occupational safety, health protection, psychosocial aspects, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, improvement of the workplace and environmental measures.
