RATP digital workplace support outsourcing The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 70, 000, 000 euros for the duration of the contract. The purpose of the market is to define the conditions and modalities for providing services relating to the outsourcing of support for activities linked to the RATP digital working environment. The services included in the scope of the market are as follows: •Initialization; •Services outsourcing; •Associated services (deployment of equipment, moves, installations, technical assistance, etc.); •Additional services (other outsourcing services to be integrated into the duration of the contract); •Reversibility. The services outsourcing services described in the CCTP concern: •Outsourcing of remote services •Local outsourcing •Outsourcing of material logistics •Specific maintenance outsourcing •Outsourcing of packaging services •Governance services of the contract As an indication, the outsourcing services relate to a portfolio consisting of approximately: 27, 000 workstations (fixed and portable PCs), 34, 000 screens, 19, 000 docking stations, 4, 000 printers, scanners and faxes, 20, 000 telephones landlines, 31, 000 mobility devices (smartphones, tablets and mobile phones) as well as various other office or mobility devices.
